The Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Adamawa State Chapter, extends warm congratulations to the newly elected officials of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Adamawa State Chapter, led by Comrade Abdullahi Ibrahim.
An NIPR statement signed by the State PRO, Comrade Shehu Aliyu anipr, indicates that the institute is delighted to rejoice with the new NUJ state council as members embark on this new leadership journey for the next three years.
The statement further emphasized that the emergence of the new NUJ state council is a testament to their collective dedication, passion and commitment to the labour movement, as their past endeavours have been marked by purposefulness, coherence and goal orientation, leaving no doubt that they will definitely excel in this new role.
NIPR in Adamawa State believe that their collective experience and knowledge of unionism will enable them to build upon the progress made so far in uniting members and pursuing common goals.
Comrade Shehu Aliyu anipr added that the new NUJ state council’s leadership will undoubtedly foster peaceful coexistence in the state, characterized by purposeful leadership, devoid of any form of retrogressive tendencies; this will in turn promote responsive journalism, driving massive development economically, politically and culturally in the state.
Once again congratulations to the newly elected NUJ state council on these new roles as Adamawa NIPR looks forward to a positive working relationships and partnerships in the state.
